Videos can be submitted through the given link. No changes can be made after the submission.

Videos should highlight clinical examples of specific EUS technique, management, complications or interesting case. Confirmed presenters will participate in their assigned session in India EUS Summit 2025, Delhi by presenting their video. Top 6 will be selected for podium presentation along with a 2 min Q&A session, rest videos will be considered for the “Mentee-Mentor Program for EUS”.

Video should not be previously presented in any national or international conference. It should not be accepted or published in any journal.

Video should not exceed 5 min with high quality and voice over.

File size may not exceed 500 MB. Recommended pixels: 1920 x 1080 (square pixel ratio) or 1280 x 720 (square pixel ratio), both for 16:9 aspect ratio.

Video should be in MP4 or Power Point format (preferably MP4).

The final podium presentation will be in the mp4 format (without the audio).

Upload the video as MP4/Power Point in Google drive, with open access & insert the link in the submission form.

Along with the video link, submitters need to upload the "Case Abstract" in the MS word/Pdf format.  

Only video submissions with a fully completed presenter disclosure will be considered.

Upload of video submission - Multiple submissions should be uploaded individually, one upload per video file.

Only one video from each participant will be selected.
